Mr. DeBruin chairs the Finance & Administration Committee and is a member of the Police and Public Property Committees.
Tom DeBruin is a life-long resident of West Long Branch and was elected to the Borough Council in 2005.
Mr. DeBruin is a former police officer and a retired Chief Investigator for the Office of the Public Defender. He currently serves as President of the Lions Club and is a member of the WLB Historical Society.
